Charles McFarland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles served as the Chief Executive at Theatre of Commerce from June 2017 onwards, focusing on team engagement and connectivity. Charles McFarland has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge. Charles also holds a B.A. Hons degree in English Literature from the same university. Charles further obtained a certification in Change Management, Leader, Team and Business Development from the Canadian Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
