Cody Christensen

Chief Operating Officer at Storylake

Cody Christensen has extensive work experience in various roles. Cody started their career at Nebo Credit Union, where they worked as an Accountant and Member Services Specialist from September 2012 to August 2014. In this role, they managed and balanced large money accounts and provided assistance to credit union members.

From August 2014 to April 2017, Christensen worked as the Director of Marketing at Nebo Credit Union. Cody was responsible for all forms of marketing and advertising for the credit union, including social media marketing, branding, and creative design.

In April 2017, Christensen joined Textbroker International as the US Marketing and Communications Manager. In this role, they created, implemented, and managed all content, social media, and marketing programs to attract new customers. Cody also optimized web content for SEO and tracked campaign results.

In January 2018, Christensen transitioned to the role of Strategy Consultant and US Sales Manager at Textbroker International. Cody developed revenue-generating strategy solutions and oversaw the US Sales efforts. Cody also provided SEO consulting and analysis for large brands and ecommerce companies.

In January 2019, Christensen was promoted to Director of Client Success Management at Textbroker International. Cody led and trained project and account management teams, defined best practices, and ensured customer success.

Most recently, Christensen became the Chief Operating Officer of Storylake in partnership with Textbroker International. Storylake is an expert content services provider for the global healthcare industry.

Overall, Christensen has a diverse range of experiences in marketing, sales, strategy consulting, and customer success management.

Cody Christensen attended Utah Valley University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing and Business Management. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2021, Google Analytics from Google in 2019, and Hubspot Academy Content Marketing from HubSpot in 2019.
