Sarah Salvo started their work experience in 2015 as a Social Media Intern at Deakin University. In 2015, they also worked as a CRM Assistant at Total Tools until 2017 when they became a CRM Coordinator until 2018. Sarah then joined Bupa in 2018 as a Campaign Coordinator until 2019 when they transitioned to the role of Campaign Specialist until 2021. Sarah Salvo then joined Flybuys (Loyalty Pacific) in 2021 as a Campaign Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working as a CRM Automation Specialist at Storytel, starting from March 2023.
Sarah Salvo completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at Deakin University from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in marketing. In November 2019, they completed a certification in Loyalty & Retention Marketing Strategy from ADMA. Sarah also completed a certification in Implementing Digital Marketing Campaigns from RMIT University in July 2021. More recently, in February 2022, they obtained a certification in Data Driven Marketing Essentials, and in December 2022, they completed a certification in Customer Journey Mapping, both from ADMA.
