Mila Likhacheva

Mila Likhacheva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mila is currently serving as the Head of Support at Storyteq since January 2023. Previously, they held the position of Customer Support Lead at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Storyteq, Mila worked as a Customer Support Specialist at IDEXX from May 2021 to June 2022.

Prior to their role at IDEXX, Mila was associated with Nauka, where they worked as a Product Designer from January 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, Mila was also the Head of the Product Support Department at Nauka from June 2018 to January 2019. During their tenure, they accomplished several achievements such as building the support department from scratch and proposing and receiving management approval for the development of a new company product.

Mila also has experience working as the Head of Technical Support and Services Administration at Selectel from November 2017 to March 2018. Mila'sachievements in this role include transitioning to a three-level support system and reducing the training period for new employees.

Furthermore, Mila worked at SPB TV, where they held various roles. Mila served as a Content Manager from August 2016 to November 2017 and later became the Head of Technical Support from July 2014 to August 2016. In their capacity as the Head of Technical Support, Mila was responsible for establishing and overseeing the Technical Support Department for both B2B and B2C projects. Mila developed processes, instructions, and algorithms for the department, mentored the support team, and worked on defining goals and vision for the support section across all company products.

Before embarking on their professional career, Mila gained instructional experience as an Instructor at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics from September 2009 to July 2013.

Mila Likhacheva obtained a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Higher School of Economics National Research University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Specialist degree in Organisation Management.

In addition to their formal education, Mila has obtained several certifications from Udemy.
