Sushmita Subramanian has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Sushmita held positions such as Head of Design at Storyworth, Product Design Leader at Gusto, and Cofounder at Savvy Finances. Additionally, they were Head of Design at Lumos Labs, Senior UX Designer at Lumosity, Senior User Experience Designer at GameSalad, and worked as a User Researcher & Interaction Designer at Intel Corporation. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager and Software Design Engineer in Test at Microsoft Corporation.

Sushmita Subramanian obtained a B.A. in Computer Science from Princeton University. Following that, they pursued a Masters in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to college, they attended Thomas Jefferson HS for Science and Technology.
