Ryan Gandre

Ryan Gandre is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory Group. He has more than 20 years of experience providing a broad range of business valuation and financial advisory services for public and large private enterprises. Ryan specializes in the valuation of debt and equity instruments, enterprise and legal entity valuations, and intangible asset valuations for tax planning and compliance and financial reporting purposes.

He is well versed in valuation and accounting guidance related to business combinations, impairment testing, stock-based compensation, and other Fair Value measurements, and he has extensive experience with the expectations of tax and financial reporting advisors and regulators. He has also advised clients in many other contexts, including corporate strategic planning, financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, and transaction opinions.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Ryan is Stout’s Chief Transformation Officer, leading the firm’s internal and external innovation efforts. Additionally, Ryan is active on Stout’s internal Valuation Advisory Policy and Technical Standards committee, which promotes technical excellence and consistency across the firm. A graduate of Miami University, Ryan was awarded the W. Pat Roudebush Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award for his achievements as both a student and varsity athlete.
