Carmelo Mannino has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2017, they were the CEO and Chief Growth Officer of STOW IT. In 2016, they were a Growth Consultant for PurpleSlate, where they increased app downloads by 500 percent per month and trial tested the first initial B2B customers. Also in 2016, they were the Head of Growth for BillGO, a financial application, where they assisted with forming partnerships, enhancing the application, and growing their userbase.

Carmelo Mannino attended Colorado State University from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Social and Environmental Enterprises.
