Julie Miller has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Curriculum Supervisor for grades 7-12 at Stow-Munroe Falls City School District since August 2010. In this role, responsibilities include creating integrated curriculum units in science and social studies that align with Ohio standards. Additionally, as the International Baccalaureate Coordinator for the Primary Years Program, collaboration among teachers is facilitated to ensure high-quality instructional units. Previously, Julie Miller worked as an adjunct faculty member at Kent State University, where a partnership with Indian Trail Elementary allowed for practical field experiences for undergraduate and graduate students. Prior teaching experience includes elementary education in grades one through three. Julie Miller holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from The University of Akron.
