Patrycja Maślankiewicz

Patrycja Maślankiewicz holds extensive experience in academic and executive roles, currently serving as an Academic Instructor for MBA and DBA programs at Collegium Humanum since January 2021. Patrycja has been an Interim/Shadow Executive at Stowarzyszenie Interim Managers SIM since March 2015 and previously held the position of Partner of Success at Vantis Holding from January 2017 to December 2021. As the CEO and Owner of PERSONEL LAND from May 2009 to June 2021, Patrycja led a group of professionals across various fields. Prior experience includes significant roles at ERGO Group AG from October 2004 to September 2018 as Business Development Director and Director of Sales & HR, focusing on sales, recruitment, and team management. Patrycja's educational background includes an EDBA from the Instytut Nauk Ekonomicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk, an EMBA and DBA from Apsley Business School, and ongoing studies in psychology at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University.
