Erika Laux

Erika Laux is a Senior Associate at STR Partners LLC, with previous experience as an Architect at DLR Group, where involvement in all phases of K-12 design was key. Erika's roles have also included leadership positions within Alpha Rho Chi Fraternity, contributing to the professional development and networking of members, and various architectural staff positions focusing on educational and library projects. Notably, Erika served as Project Lead for a high school renovation at Smolen Emr Ilkovitch Architects. Erika holds a Master of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, complemented by studies at the American University of Rome.
