Alexander Doyne-Ditmas

Alexander Doyne-Ditmas is an Undersea Technology Engineer at STR, with experience in hardware, software, and electrical integration within the Undersea Systems & Acoustics Group. Prior roles include an Engineering Intern at STR focusing on Signal Processing and Algorithms, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island contributing to LIGO gravitational wave research with custom Python programs. Additional internships include engineering support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, along with earlier roles as a commercial diver and deckhand, showcasing a diverse skill set in engineering and oceanographic applications. Alexander is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Ocean Engineering at the University of Rhode Island.
