Scott MacHcinski

Scott Machcinski serves as a Cyber Program Manager at STR since February 2022, bringing extensive military experience from a seven-year tenure with the US Army. As an Operations Officer, Scott developed comprehensive health resource programs for military instructors and played a key role in establishing COVID-19 response frameworks at Fort Benning. Awarded for leading a COVID-19 analysis cell, Scott also excelled as a Tank Troop Executive Officer, overseeing extensive logistical operations and maintaining critical vehicle readiness. In prior roles, Scott demonstrated strong leadership skills as a Reconnaissance Platoon Leader, managing both personnel and equipment logistics during deployments. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations, Scott boasts a background focused on strategic operations and administrative efficiency.
