Aoife Roche is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for EMEA at STR since September 2016, Aoife manages the European Sales & Client Services team and oversees STR's international business. Previous roles include Director of Sales & Marketing at The Doyle Collection and Group Director of Sales & Marketing at The Eton Collection, where Aoife was responsible for achieving revenue targets and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. Aoife’s career spans various prestigious companies, beginning as a Sales Manager at Concorde Hotels & Resorts. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Limerick and a BA in Applied Languages from the same institution, complemented by several executive education programs.
