Gerald Feilecker

Gerald Feilecker is an experienced legal professional specializing in IT law and data protection, currently serving as Group Manager for IT Law & Data Protection International Legal at STRABAG since February 2009. In this role, Gerald oversees contract lifecycle management, international data transfer, and trade compliance, while advising on IT procurement and digital projects. Additionally, Gerald provides strategic legal support for PPP and major projects, having led legal and commercial working groups, including initiatives in electronic tolling. Prior experience includes heading supplier and contract management at Satellic NV, where Gerald negotiated major subcontracts and helped establish the Electronic Tolling System. Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in IT and Media Law at the University of Vienna, Gerald holds a degree in Business and Law from WU and has studied at The London School of Economics.
