Shawn G.

Shawn G. is a seasoned Project/Construction Manager at Strad Inc since June 2022, responsible for the complete execution of projects including coordination with stakeholders and resource allocation while ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Strad Inc from June 2013 to June 2021, including Superintendent and Field Supervisor in Matting, focusing on project efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Shawn's experience also includes serving as an Aerospace Control Operator in the Canadian Armed Forces from January 2010 to September 2013, managing air and ground traffic control, and working as an Operator for STRABAG on tunnel boring machines from January 2008 to January 2010. Earlier in the career, Shawn gained experience as a Skilled Labourer at Coreslab Structures from January 2005 to January 2008, contributing to precast construction projects. Shawn holds a diploma in Construction Engineering Technologies from Niagara College.
