Karla Jarvis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Strada since November 2024, Karla is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsel. Previous positions include Acting General Counsel at Jones & Vining and SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Adela, Inc. Karla has held legal counsel roles at 5AM Ventures, Ensoma, and Vor Biopharma, and served as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at The Rockport Company and SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Clarks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Clark University, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Doctor of Law from New England Law | Boston, complemented by foundational education at Boston Latin School.
