Callum Gouveia Da Silva has been working in the software development industry since 2014. Callum started at Kelmar Software Solutions Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they researched and developed a new mathematical model for call abandonment rates and durations in a call centre environment. Callum then moved to the Philadelphia Orchestra Association in 2017, where they held three roles: Lead Web Developer, Business Intelligence Manager, and Business Intelligence Developer. In their role as Lead Web Developer, they designed and led the development of the Orchestra's pioneering Digital Stage. As Business Intelligence Manager, they founded a new digital analytics team to focus online strategy among consortium members. As Business Intelligence Developer, they developed an original algorithm to automatically re-seat thousands of patrons between wholly different venues. In 2021, they joined Strados Labs as Lead Software Developer.
Callum Gouveia Da Silva attended the University of St Andrews from 2011 to 2016 and obtained a Master of Physics (MPhys) degree in Physics.
