Fenelle Macarayan

Fenelle Macarayan, CDM, has extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Head of Client Operations - AMER at StraightArrow-Creative Process Outsourcing since May 2014. Responsibilities include setting up Accounts Operations, leading teams, and ensuring accountability within direct reports. Previous roles include Assistant Team Lead and Inbound Marketing Specialist, where duties encompassed client communication, job monitoring, and developing inbound marketing strategies. Prior to this, Fenelle worked as a Marketing Specialist at Retail Software Associates Corp., a Marketing Associate at Gurango Software Corporation, and a Demand Generation Specialist at Genie Technologies, all contributing to a robust skill set in strategic management and lead generation. Fenelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications from San Beda College.
