Trisha Chua

Trisha Chua is an experienced professional in client operations and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Client Operations for APAC & EMEA at StraightArrow since October 2014. Trisha has a strong track record in managing operations teams, fostering client relationships, and implementing data-driven processes to ensure profitability. Previously, Trisha held roles as Operations Manager and Digital Marketing & Social Media Team Leader at StraightArrow, where responsibilities included performance reporting, team leadership, and social media strategy development. Trisha also has experience as a Brand Associate at Global Restaurant Concepts, where marketing plans were created for restaurant franchises, and as an Events Associate at Creative Juice Communications, focusing on corporate event management. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas.
