Steve Troyer

Steve Troyer currently serves as the Director of Operations at Strand Associates, Inc.®, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Steve Troyer accumulated extensive experience at FOX Engineering Associates, Inc. from March 1997 to January 2022, where Steve held multiple leadership positions including President, Vice President, and Director of Water/Wastewater. Steve Troyer earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1997, following a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the same institution, completed in 1993.
