Malavika Nair

Malavika Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with a Master's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University. Currently serving as a People and Culture Coordinator at Strand Palace Hotel since June 2023, Malavika has previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at KAPOOR AND CO LIMITED, where responsibilities included recruitment support and employee record management. Prior experience also includes positions as an Administrator, Learning and Development Specialist, and Trainer, showcasing a strong ability to manage staffing, design training programs, and enhance team performance.
