Allan Chen

Allan Chen began their work experience as a Summer Intern at Commonwealth Bank in 2012. Allan then joined the company again in 2014 and held various roles including Actuarial Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Strategy Analyst, and Product Strategy Analyst. In 2017, Allan transitioned to AMP as a Manager in Business Management & Governance. Allan later joined the Victorian Government in 2019 and served as a Senior Business Analyst in Investment Performance Analysis, before being promoted to Senior Project Manager in Financial Sustainability. In 2021, Allan worked as a Freelance Consultant before joining Incite in 2022 as a Principal in Strategy. Allan is currently employed at STRAT7, where they began as a Principal, Advisory and has been promoted to Senior Principal, Advisory.

Allan Chen has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Actuarial Studies from the University of Melbourne. Allan is also an Associate (AIAA) of the Actuaries Institute. In addition, they have pursued Chinese Language Study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Allan has obtained the AIAA certification from the Actuaries Institute Australia, and also holds the certification of Associate in Music (Piano) from the Australian Music Examinations Board.
