Alina Henderson

Alina Henderson has a strong background in the healthcare and financial industries. Alina has been with Strata Decision Technology since 2017, starting as a Sr Director in Advisory Services and later becoming the Vice President of Solutions & Marketing. In their roles, they focused on process design, change management, and advancing financial agility in healthcare organizations. Prior to Strata Decision Technology, Alina worked at R1 RCM as the VP of Strategy & Commercial Operations and held various director positions in product management and revenue cycle operations. Alina began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held multiple roles, including VP of Product Management and Operations Supervisor.

Alina Henderson holds an MBA in Management & Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Alina also obtained a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
