Ellen Gullickson, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Strata Decision Technology since January 2019, Ellen has progressed through multiple roles within the company. Prior experience includes a position as HR Associate/Internal Recruiter at DHR International, focusing on benefits administration and recruitment. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources and Customer Service Recruiting at The LaSalle Network, where Ellen conducted candidate screenings and participated in a significant presentation to the Executive Leadership Team.
