Jessica Rachel Miramontes, Ed.D. has extensive experience in project management and workflow engineering across various industries. Jessica Rachel is currently a Senior Consultant at Strata Information Group, working on ERP implementation projects for colleges and universities. Prior to this, they served as Associate Director of Business Analytics and Strategic Planning at the University of La Verne. Jessica Rachel has also worked as a Workflow Engineer for WISE Healthcare and IEHP, managing project execution and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Jessica has experience in managing commercial, industrial, and residential properties as a Project and Office Manager for Dugan Webb, Broker. Jessica Rachel has also worked as a Training and Quality Consultant for Port Rachel & Co and as a P.E. Teacher's Assistant for the Ontario Montclair School District. Jessica Rachel'sexperience also includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Pomona Unified School District and Alta Loma School District.

Jessica Rachel Miramontes, Ed.D. received their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Chaffey College in 2015. Jessica Rachel then earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of La Verne in 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Redlands in 2019. In 2022, they completed their Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of La Verne. Jessica Rachel also obtained several certifications throughout their career: Learning Data Governance from LinkedIn in 2022, IRB Certification and Humanities Responsible Conduct of Research from the CITI Program in 2019 and 2022 respectively, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Developing Leaders Inc. in 2021 and paraprofessional certification from Chaffey College.
