John Crispino

John Crispino has extensive experience working in the field of educational technology. John started as a Coordinator of Customer Support and Communications Services at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2006 before moving up to become the Technical Services Manager of Graduate Academic Affairs. In 2012, they joined the Strata Information Group, where they worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in Degree Works and Banner Student implementation services. John conducted full implementations of Degree Works at numerous colleges and universities throughout North America, offered business process analyses, project planning, system configuration, scribe training, end-user training, and go-live support. Additionally, they provided implementation services for the Degree Works Transfer Equivalency Self-Service and Student Educational Planner as well as the Banner Transfer Articulation module.

John Crispino received their Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University in 2004. John went on to pursue a Master of Science in Marketing Communication from Illinois Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011.
