Kevin Wilhelm

Kevin Wilhelm is the current COO at Strata.io. Prior to their current position, Kevin Wilhelm served as the Chief Financial Officer at Incline Solutions from March 2007 to July 2009. In their role at Incline Solutions, Kevin was responsible for providing complete fiscal oversight for the company, to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, invoicing, general ledger, financial analysis, reporting, collections, payroll and cash flow management. Kevin also prepared and maintained financial reporting and presented to the Board of Directors to communicate financial health, projections and strategies to maximize spend and improve profitability.

During their time at Incline Solutions, Kevin approved corporate funds to start a consulting business offering Federal Government security contracts, which yielded $6M in revenue within 14-months. Kevin also restructured debt instruments and decreased operating expenses by 20%, driving profit margin improvements. In addition, Kevin overhauled subcontractor billing procedures, reducing average DSO from 90 days to 45 days. Kevin also led the negotiations for a new acquisition that forecasted $10M in new service contracts. Lastly, Kevin partnered with the Product Development team to establish clearly defined milestones and project timelines, improving investor relationships and supporting the continued flow of $3M venture capital funding.

Kevin Wilhelm attended Roosevelt University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
