Amil Youness

Amil Youness is an experienced professional in quality assurance and management with a diverse background in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Conformity Lead at STRATA Manufacturing PJSC since January 2021, Amil also holds the position of Project Lead Quality at Innovations Group UAE. Prior roles include Lead Quality Manager at UMW - Rolls-Royce, Quality Coordinator at PREMIER COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, and Lead Quality Engineer at Mubadala Development Company, contributing to significant projects such as the Long Range Aileron Assembly Project for Airbus. Amil's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management focused on Quality, Safety, and Environment from FST Settat, an ongoing MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Management, and a Technician Specialized certification in Systems and Networks.
