Alastair Smith

Alastair Smith has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at UPS as a Part-Time Supervisor and Package Handler. As a Part-Time Supervisor, Alastair supervised a group of 19 unionized employees to monitor accuracy and quality while sorting packages under 15 lbs. Alastair also focused on reducing scanning errors and increasing timely deliveries. As a Package Handler, Alastair worked in a physical and fast-paced position, continuously lifting, lowering, and sliding packages between 1 lb. and 70 lbs. In 2018, Alastair began working at Strata Pointe Technologies, where they have held the roles of IT Business Development Lead, Sales Development Representative, and Marketing Specialist. As IT Business Development Lead, Alastair acted as the lead technical liaison between customers and business stakeholders to integrate omnichannel marketing technologies. Alastair was also responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, delivering marketing and sales projects, and fostering relationships with key internal stakeholders and outside partners.

Alastair Smith attended the University of Louisville from 2015 to 2018, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General and received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
