Dakenya Douglas

DaKenya Douglas has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 2001, they started their career as a Financial Aid Advisor at Our Lady of the Lake College. DaKenya then moved on to Education Affiliates in 2009, where they served as the Director of Operations and later as the Director of Education. In 2011, DaKenya joined Education Management, Inc. (dba Blue Cliff College), first as the Vice President Compliance and then as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they founded DaKenya Douglas Consulting LLC, focusing on coaching and helping organizations with their growth and profitability. DaKenya also worked as the Vice President For Student Services at Unitech Training Academy from 2022 to 2023. Currently, DaKenya is the Senior Vice President Compliance at StrataTech Education Group. DaKenya has a track record of improving communication, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

DaKenya Douglas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, both in Business Administration and Management, General. DaKenya received their MBA and BS degrees from the University of Phoenix in the years 2004-2006.
