Christine Stelter

Christine Stelter is an experienced IT Project Manager with a career spanning multiple organizations. Since January 2013, Christine has served as an IT Project Manager at Loch Harbour Group, providing IT project management and solutions analysis for a government agency. In addition, Christine has been an IT Project Manager at Strategic Analysis Incorporated since February 2005 in a similar capacity. Christine also holds a position as a Solutions Architect at DHS, beginning in 2005. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure as District Sales Manager at AT&T Government Markets, where Christine retired after 31 years, having started with C&P Telephone Company in Federal Sales. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1970-1974).
