Jerry Yen

Jerry Yen is an experienced Contract Specialist with a strong background in government contracting. Currently employed at Strategic Analysis Incorporated since January 2016, Jerry has displayed expertise in drafting and negotiating various contract types including FAR-based Cost type contracts and Grants, while ensuring compliance with regulations such as DoDGARS and DFARS. Prior roles include Contract Specialist at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where Jerry sourced bids and drafted contracts for IT services, and NRC Federal Contractor positions at NVE Corporation and Intelligent Fiscal Optimal Solutions.
