John Baptista

John Baptista is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a diverse background in IT support and military communications. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Strategic Data Systems since October 2022, John has a long-standing commitment to IT since joining the US Army in July 2011, where advisory and policy development roles enhance organizational communications. Previous experience includes significant contributions at International Paper as an Information Technology Specialist, where John excelled as a Cisco Identity Services Engine administrator, ensuring seamless deployment of wired network access control across multiple continents. John’s technical expertise is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, attained in May 2023.
