Erika Stark has a diverse work experience in the technology and software industry. Erika began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cohesion, focusing on driving business results through technology solutions. Erika then moved on to become a Principal Technical Recruiter at Paycor, where they prioritized exceptional client service and easy-to-use software. Erika later joined Celonis as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, contributing to the company's mission of eliminating corporate inefficiencies and improving customer experience. Currently, they serve as the Director of Recruiting at Strategic Data Systems, specializing in custom software development and automation for businesses.
