Shawna Barnes

Shawna Barnes joined the SGR team in 2022 as the Director of Business Innovation. Shawna previously held the position of Business Process Manager for the City of Grapevine, where she spent the last 10 years working in local government.

Shawna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of New Mexico. Shawna’s professional background is in Business Process Automation, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Workflow Creation.
