Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox has over 17 years of experience in real estate and land development, currently serving in the role of Acquisitions & Operations at Strategic Holdings since November 2013, where the focus is on purchasing multifamily properties for value enhancement. Prior to this position, Ryan was the owner of Stratus Land Development from November 2006 to November 2013, specializing in land brokerage and development. Additional experience includes serving as Forward Planning Manager at Discovery Builders from March 2006 to October 2008 and as Project Manager for Land Development at Pulte Homes from August 2002 to 2006. Ryan holds a B.S. in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
