Location: Anderson Township, OH (In-office)
Pay: $18/hour + monthly bonus

Your Role:

• Successful candidate will collect certified delinquent taxes and debts owed to state government agencies, including college debt.
• Negotiate and structure payments with debtors.
• Maintain a high degree of customer contact, through inbound and outbound customer calls.

What We Need:

• Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 2+ years of strong experience in the collections industry, with an emphasis on consumer collections.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
