With over two decades of experience in various HR roles, Cathleen has excelled in employee performance, complaint investigation, policies and procedures, recruiting and selection, government compliance, and training. Cathleen holds a Bachelors degree in Communication Arts and a Journalism Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
