Israel Atobrhan

Israel Atobrhan is an experienced data analyst and programmer currently serving as a Programmer Data Analyst at SIS - Strategic Innovative Solutions since March 2021, where responsibilities include providing programming support and assisting the CDC with VACS data collection activities. Previously, Israel worked as a Data Analyst at COOP from February 2020 to December 2020, utilizing Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis related to voter campaigns and gun violence, while also collaborating on a bicycle share project using Tableau. Earlier experience includes a role as the Head of Health Promotion for the National Blindness Prevention and Control Program at the Ministry of Health in Eritrea from January 2011 to April 2015. Israel holds a Master of Public Health from Ege University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Asmara College of Health Sciences.
