Steven Perchalski

Steven Perchalski has extensive work experience in the defense industry. Steven began their career in 2009 at the Missile Defense Agency, where they served as a Kinetic Warhead Project Officer until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at the Office of Naval Research as the Future Naval Capabilities Program Manager. Steven then joined PEO IWS in 2014 as the Principal Assistant Program Manager for Ship Integration, a role they held until 2017. In 2016, they were appointed as the Director of Electric Weapons at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, where they worked until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Deputy Major Program Manager at the Missile Defense Agency. In 2020, they took on the role of Executive Officer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division before joining Strategic Insight, Ltd. as the Senior System Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Strategic Insight, Ltd.

Steven Perchalski's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Weapons Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Steven further pursued their studies at the Naval Postgraduate School, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2001 to 2003.
