Mark Dorman

Mark J. Dorman is a seasoned financial professional serving as Managing Director at Strategic Retirement Partners since August 2023 and also at Succession Plus US from January 2024. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles, including President of Legacy Business Advisors Ohio, where the focus was on creating succession and transition plans for privately held and family businesses. Mark hosted the "Finish Big" Podcast and contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer at TPSU. As the Founder of Legacy Advisors Network and President of The Alternative Board (TAB) Western Reserve, Mark facilitated business owner discussions to overcome challenges. Mark’s extensive experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Medina County Economic Development Corporation and leading Dorman Farrell, LLC, in consulting on executive benefits and retirement planning. Mark holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Cleveland State University and earned the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College of Financial Services.
