Guoda Miškūnienė

Guoda Miškūnienė has a solid work history in human resources and people experience. Guoda worked as a Human Resources Manager at BDO auditas ir apskaita, UAB from November 2017 to October 2021. Guoda then moved to mPORT in October 2021 as the Head of HR until May 2022. Currently, Guoda is working at Strategic Staffing Solutions where they started as a People Experience Specialist in June 2022 and later became the People Experience Lead in May 2023.

Guoda Miškūnienė has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. In 2021, they attended WoW University to study Next Generation Leadership. Guoda also pursued a course in Future Skills at WoW University in 2023. Additionally, they earned a certification in Human Resources Analytics from Coursera in 2022.
