Leonardo Delgado

Leonardo Delgado is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Strategic Staffing Solutions, where expertise in IT consulting and workforce management is leveraged since January 2022. Prior to this role, Delgado served as First Sergeant at the United States Military Entrance Processing Command from August 2017 to June 2021, overseeing operations at the Salt Lake City station. As Recruiting Station Commander for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command from July 2014 to August 2017, Delgado managed a team of 17 recruiters and trained over 300 Future Soldiers. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinic Manager at Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic from May 2010 to June 2014, overseeing multiple clinical services. Delgado holds an Associate's degree in General Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from American Military University.
