Faisal Waqar

Faisal Waqar has extensive work experience in technical project management and software engineering roles. Faisal started their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Multilines IT Solutions in 2005. Faisal then worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Zameen.com from 2006 to 2009. Faisal joined Rozee.pk in 2010 as a Sr. Software Engineer before transitioning to Nestlé as a Sr. Automation Engineer from 2010 to 2012. Faisal then worked as a Technical Project Lead at Commtel Digital from 2012 to 2016. Faisal held the position of Project Manager at Hashtag Tribe from 2016 to 2017 and at Punch Group from 2017 to 2018. Faisal served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at DevStudio from 2018 to 2021. Faisal's most recent role is as a Sr. Project Manager at BIG IMMERSIVE from May 2021 to October 2021. Currently, they are working as a Technical Project Manager at Strategic Systems International since January 2022.

Faisal Waqar's education history is as follows: Faisal attended Govt. Islamia High School from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a CBSE degree in Computer Science. After completing high school, they enrolled at Punjab Collage of Information Technology (PCIT) from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued an Intermediate degree in Computer Science. Following this, they attended the University of Central Punjab from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Faisal Waqar has obtained two certifications. In February 2023, they completed the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) program through the Scrum Alliance. Faisal also attained the Certified Software Manager (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in the same month and year.
