Swaraj B. is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship and project management. Currently serving as the Founder of Strategiq since August 2023 and as Founder & Director of Agrani Foundation since September 2021, Swaraj leads a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing social and environmental challenges in Western Maharashtra. Previous roles include New Initiatives & Growth at Ditto Insurance, where Swaraj focused on strategic partnerships and new business verticals, and Procurement Agent for General Business at United India Insurance Co. Ltd., specializing in soliciting and procuring general insurance business. Swaraj's early career included internships at Bhagwant Group and Guruprasad Construction Co. Swaraj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology and completed HSC at Sanjay Ghodawat Institute.
