Bruce Falk

Bruce Falk, PMP, has an extensive background in project management training and education, serving as an instructor at Management Concepts since 2010 and as a project management trainer at Business Performance Group since 2009. Bruce has been a senior instructor with ESI International since 1996 and has held the position of project management master trainer, speaker, and consultant at H. C. Phoenix Group since 1994, focusing on topics such as risk management, scheduling, cost control, and earned value management. Prior to these roles, Bruce served as managing partner at IBM from 1976 to 2005, encompassing various staff and management positions primarily in education and training. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from William & Mary, received between 1971 and 1975.
