Shirley Hoy is a Senior Advisor at Strategy. Shirley has over 20 years of experience in the administrative field, with a focus on regulatory compliance and record keeping. Shirley has a strong background in customer service and sales, and has also participated in exhibitions and presentations.

Shirley Hoy completing their A-Levels in Business Studies at Harlow College before embarking on a General Secretarial Course. Shirley then attended Mark Hall Comprehensive School followed by Cooks Spinney. Hoy completed their education at Hatfield University.
