Sarah Ulan

Sarah Ulan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Strathcona County since May 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Labour Relations Consultant at the City of Edmonton from June 2015 to May 2023. Prior to that, roles included Human Resources Advisor and Talent Acquisition Advisor at Alberta Health Services, where Sarah provided comprehensive HR consultation and recruitment strategies. Experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Representative at MacEwan University and a Human Resources Coordinator at WCB. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Alberta.
