Alexey P. has over 20 years of work experience. In 1995, they started as a Network Administrator for Infolink Inc., where they were responsible for network administration using Solaris machines and managing a small group of technical support of Internet users. In 1996, they moved to Netect Inc., where they were a Network Administrator/Systems Engineer and provided pre-sale/post-sale product support for major banks and insurance companies in Israel and various integrators/resellers in Tokyo, Japan and Milan, Italy. In 1999, they became Team Lead, SQA Engineering at BindView, where they were responsible for leading the group of Quality Assurance of bv-Control for Internet Security (also known as HackerShield) and its Checks (Rapid Fire Updates). In 2006, they joined Symantec as a Senior SQA Engineer, where they tested certificates generation and deployment for communication layer authentication between components of Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS) 9.0. In 2009, they moved to OPSWAT as SQA Manager, where they built QA Team through talents management and motivational work and established solid release processes. In 2011, they joined Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) as Information Security Engineering. In 2012, they became SQA Manager at irisnote, where they migrated source code from cloud based Assembla to Subversion freshly installed on local Mac OS X and deployed and configured Jira, including Jira Agile (GreenHopper). In 2013, they joined LOYAL3 as Sr. SQA Engineer. In 2015, they moved to Metrodigi, Inc. as Senior SQA Engineer/Lead, where they delivered weekly releases for company's SaaS solution for Pearson, Bertelsmann and other large publishers. In 2017, they joined StratiFi Technologies as Project Manager.

Alexey P. attended Portland State University in 2011, where they completed graduate coursework in Computer Software Engineering. Alexey also attended the Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University, where they did not obtain a degree. In 2017, Alexey P. obtained three certifications from Coursera: Python Data Structures, Using Databases with Python, and Using Python to Access Web Data.
