Sara Almeida

Sara Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sara began their career as a Membro at Núcleo de Estudantes de Psicologia, Ciências da Educação e Serviço Social/DG/AAC from August 2011 to June 2012. Sara then joined JuniRHumo as a Project Member - Erasmus Investigation from February 2012 to September 2012.

In 2012, Sara Almeida also worked at AIESEC, where they held various roles including Team Member of Team Member Programme from April 2012 to July 2012, Team Leader of Team Member Programme from August 2012 to November 2012, Member of the Organizational Committee of a National Conference from July 2012 to December 2012, and Team Leader of Member Selection from December 2012 to March 2013.

Sara later joined AIESEC again in June 2013 as the Non Corporate Relations Director, staying until June 2014.

From February 2014 to February 2015, Sara Almeida worked at Talenter as a Human Resources Manager.

Sara then moved to Multicert and served as a Human Resources Manager from February 2015 to November 2018. Sara'sresponsibilities included assisting in recruitment processes, planning and delivering training & development programs, managing academic partnerships, conducting performance appraisals, and gathering and analyzing HR metrics.

Currently, Sara Almeida is at Stratio. Sara started as a Human Resources Manager in November 2018 and transitioned to the role of Head of People in August 2019.

Sara Almeida obtained a Master's degree in the field of Sub-área de especialização em Psicologia das Organizações e do Trabalho from Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra.
